My love for yoga started over 15 years ago. Since then, my practice has grown and changed with me. During different seasons of life, I have found yoga to be a powerful way to care for my mind and body.

Over the last 6 years, it has been at true gift to share this practice through community and private classes. My passion for music and dance, commitment to science, and depth of knowledge in psychology and mental health inform how I show up as a yoga instructor.

I cherish my weekly classes and love sharing tidbits of research, inspiration, and practice ideas online.
